THIRD ANNUAL
FELDENKRAIS
INTROSPECTIVE MOVEMENT
with Eileen Bach-y-Rita

Was held September 4 -7

Workshops Introspective Movement inspired by the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, and the latest research in neural plasticity, is a process for life-long learning. Feldenkrais' Developmental Movement Sequences release old patterns and create a new foundation for physical and mental possibilities, solutions and well being. The movements are deeply satisfying, relaxing and fun. They optimize movement-thinking organization and improve action of our entire Self. The workshop included the latest research data on neural plasticity, the marvelous learning capabilities of our brain and a demonstration of and practice time for Integrative Touch. We also explored processes that increase self awareness, intuition and sensitivity to our feeling states. Everyone enjoyed the blend of physical movement, sensitive touch, sensory awareness and intellectual knowledge.
